How to connect the positions

Set aside the Queen of Cups for your side and the Queen of Swords for the other side. Shuffle the remaining 54 Minor Arcana, deal 1–18 on your side and 19–36 on the other. On each side separately, turn down every rank that appears two or more times, including court ranks; do not cancel across sides. Count the face-up cards and compare the totals. The two markers remain outside the count. The traditional difference bands are 1–2, 3–5 and 6 or more; they are game categories, not measured odds or evidence that a real contest is decided.
What to watch for
A symbolic interpretation does not establish hidden facts or guarantee an outcome. Separate observations from assumptions and use direct communication for questions involving another person.
